Fibromyalgia. Tracked, not interpreted.
The hub is small and honest. Nine fibromyalgia-specific symptoms, body-region tracking, eleven triggers, weather captured the moment a flare happens, two pre-filled flare templates, six labs your rheumatologist may watch — and a cycle-aware overlay if you track one. The page also names every thing we'd like to ship and haven't.
Chronic widespread pain, fatigue, and cognitive symptoms — no single test.
Fibromyalgia is a chronic central-sensitization disorder defined by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance, and cognitive symptoms (“fibro fog”). It affects roughly 2 to 4% of the population — overwhelmingly women — and is one of the more under-diagnosed conditions in medicine because there's no blood test, no imaging finding, and no biomarker. Diagnosis runs on symptom pattern and rule-outs.
Day-to-day life with fibro lives in patterns: how the weather's moving, how last night's sleep was, what activity tipped you over. Leo's job is to capture those patterns honestly — not to interpret them, not to score you against a research instrument, not to predict your next flare.
Nine condition-specific symptoms, each with body region and severity.
The fibromyalgia pack pre-loads nine symptoms so you're not scrolling a generic library. Each entry captures severity (1–10), the body region (multi-select), and any tags you want to attach — triggers, foods, context, notes.
Eleven triggers, eight food tags, and a weather snapshot captured the moment you log a flare.
When you log a flare, Leo captures the environmental conditions automatically — temperature, barometric pressure, and the current weather condition — and attaches them to that specific log. Over time, the trigger tags you choose and the snapshots line up in your record. The hub shows your top five tags by frequency.

Temperature, barometric pressure, and current condition captured automatically on every flare log.
Two pre-filled flare types, so the field-work takes ten seconds.
Two episode templates let you start a flare-log with the right symptoms already selected. Useful when you're mid-flare and don't have the bandwidth to scroll a checklist.
Pre-fills pain + fatigue + fog + stiffness. One tap to start the log; severity and duration on resolve.
Pre-fills fatigue + fog + sleep, and tags poor sleep as a contributing trigger if you opt in.
Six cards. Six labs pinned.
Open the hub and the dashboard is a single readable surface — no premium tab, no buried feature.
Average severity this month + a pain-vs-fatigue split (keyword match on your symptom names).
Your six most-affected regions ranked by log frequency, with count bars.
Frequency-ranked breakdown of your top five trigger tags.
Last five symptoms logged, severity color-coded, with region labels.
Captured automatically on every flare — temperature, barometric pressure, current condition.
If you track a cycle, current phase is shown — luteal-phase pain sensitivity is a real thing worth seeing.
Labs pinned to the fibromyalgia pack: CBC · CMP · Thyroid · Vitamin D · Inflammatory markers · B12 / Folate. Most of these are part of a standard fibro rule-out workup; out-of-range values are flagged on the hub.
The list of things we'd like to ship, and haven't yet.
The fibromyalgia hub is intentionally small today — symptoms, regions, triggers, weather, episodes, labs. The list below is what it doesn't do yet. Every item is on the feature-parity tracker, and the page updates as items ship.
The validated daily disability instrument used in rheumatology research. Not implemented.
Widespread Pain Index + Symptom Severity Scale scoring. Not implemented.
Body region is captured as a multi-select enum today, surfaced as a top-6 frequency bar chart. A tappable body map with pain-type classifier (aching, burning, stabbing) and front/back views is on the list.
Activity logging exists in general Leo; a fibromyalgia-specific pacing surface with capacity baseline, energy budget, or boom-bust detection isn't built.
PEM is one of the harder things to track. Leo doesn't yet have a structured PEM-detection flow.
Weather is captured per flare today. A historical overlay chart that puts barometric pressure next to severity isn't built — though the snapshots are there.
Brain fog is one of the nine symptoms today. A dedicated cognitive surface that overlays fog severity with sleep stages isn't shipped.
Lyrica, Cymbalta, Savella, low-dose naltrexone, gabapentin, amitriptyline. Today they live in the general medications list; a curated fibro shelf with effectiveness comparison isn't built.
Severity trend + region map + trigger frequency + weather overlay + medication response as one shareable doc. Today exports go through the general Leo health report.
Each comorbid hub exists separately. Inline summaries inside the fibromyalgia hub aren't built.
Small surface, honest scope — built to grow with the app.
Nine symptoms, eleven triggers, weather captured per flare, six labs, cycle phase context, and a backlog we name out loud. No invented subtypes, no fictional scoring instruments — just what's actually there.
