The document

What ends up in your doctor's hands.

Cover

Looks like a clinical document.

Patient name, date range, prepared-for line, generated-on timestamp. Stamped with the Leo icon. Calm typography that reads at a glance from across an exam-room desk.

Summary

What changed since last time.

Top observations from your data: meds added or stopped, vitals trends, lab values outside typical, sleep changes, symptom frequency. Short bullets, page references, no interpretation.

Detail

Section by section, source by source.

Vitals, medications, labs, sleep, symptoms, journal — each section gets its own page with a chart, a tabular detail, and a source line. A clinician can navigate it like a problem list.

Provenance

Every number traceable.

A final page lists every source: Apple Watch via HealthKit, Quest Diagnostics on March 12, your typed notes on March 14. Trust through transparency, not through claims.

Trends across your data

Connect the dots, without claiming the dots are connected.

Reports surface what changed and what's running alongside what. The conclusions are yours to draw — and to talk through with your doctor.

Lab typical range

Two things happening at once, not one causing the other. Sample data shown.

Around the same time.

A1C plotted with resting HR overlay. Medication-change tick marks float above the chart. Two things happening at once — not one causing the other.

You read the relationship. Leo presents the data.

What Leo isn't

The line we won't cross.

Description

We describe, we don't interpret.

Numbers come from your sensors and your lab. Notes come from you. Leo sequences them — never adds severity, never recommends action.

Verbatim

Reference ranges from the lab.

We show what your lab considers typical, exactly as the lab reports it. We don't second-guess the source.

Wellness, not a device

Reports aren't medical records.

A Leo report is a wellness summary you control. It complements clinical conversations; it doesn't replace them.

Provenance

Every number sourced. Every chart labeled.

A clinician's first instinct with any chart is to ask where the number came from. Leo answers it under every value. Apple Watch via HealthKit. Quest Diagnostics on March 12. Your typed note. No guessing.

Annual physical, ready

Twelve months of vitals, meds, sleep, and notes — handed across the desk in one document.

Specialist, prepared

Three months of relevant data, organized the way that specialty cares about. No catching them up.

Caregivers, in the loop

Weekly snapshot to your daughter, your partner, your home health aide. The same picture, shared.

Your reports, your iPhone.

PDFs are rendered on-device. The document never round-trips through a server.

Never sold.

Your health data isn't sold, brokered, or shared with advertisers. Leo's business model is paid subscriptions.

You decide who sees it.

Reports save to your Leo account. Sharing is your call — Apple's share sheet, no auto-send.

Common questions

What's in a Leo health report?
Vitals, medications, labs, sleep, symptoms, journal entries, and your typed notes — organized into sections you choose, in a date range you set. Every page has source attribution and a wellness-not-medical-device disclaimer.
Is this a medical record?
No. A Leo report is a personal wellness summary. It's not a medical record, it's not a clinical document, and Leo doesn't interpret your data. It's a clean way to hand the same set of facts to someone you trust.
How is this different from Apple Health's PDF export?
Apple's PDF is a raw data dump intended for your records. Leo's reports are presentation documents — branded, organized by section, configurable by template and date range, and ready to hand to a clinician. Same source data, different package.
Can I send a report to my doctor?
Yes. Tap Share on any saved report. Email, AirDrop, Files, or paste into any patient portal that accepts PDFs.
Does Leo store my reports in the cloud?
Reports are saved to your encrypted Leo account, just like the rest of your data. The PDF export is generated on your iPhone — Leo never sends the rendered document through a server.
What if my doctor wants the data, not a PDF?
Apple Health Records remains the canonical patient-to-provider data exchange. Leo's reports are the presentation layer; the structured data still lives in Apple Health for any FHIR-based exchange.

Leo is a wellness app. Leo is not a medical device. Reports generated in Leo are personal wellness summaries — they organize and describe your data, but they don't interpret it clinically and they aren't medical records. Reference ranges, lab values, and provider notes are shown verbatim from their source.

Always review reports with a licensed clinician before making medical decisions.
