§ Integrations

What Leo actually connects to.

No vapor list, no logos we're “working on.” Below is the honest map — what's live in your pocket today, what's in testing with the first wave of users, and what's on the workbench right now. If it's not here, we haven't built it.

§ The full pipeline

Every wire, one map.

Sensors and providers feed your iPhone. Your iPhone hands the values to Leo only when you say so. Leo files them into an encrypted store on your account.

Wired into your phone today.

Live

Apple HealthKit

Vitals · Sleep · Activity

Leo reads (and writes) the categories you authorize in the iOS system prompt — nothing more. Background delivery is throttled so a noisy sensor doesn't run your battery or your bill.

  • Heart rate · resting HR · HRV · ECG
  • Blood pressure · SpO₂ · respiratory rate · body temperature
  • Sleep stages · time in bed · sleep journal
  • Steps · workouts · active energy
  • Blood glucose · weight · height
  • Menstrual flow

Authorized per-category, revocable in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.

Live

Apple Health Records

Clinical data · FHIR

The big one. Once your provider portal is connected to the iOS Health app, Leo can read the FHIR records on-device — lab results, conditions, medications, allergies, procedures, visit summaries. Nothing leaves the phone until you choose to sync it.

  • Hundreds of US health systems via Apple Health Records
  • Quest Diagnostics · Labcorp · independent labs
  • MyChart-based hospitals (Epic) · Cerner-based portals
  • Lab reports auto-categorize into Leo's panel views
  • On-device parsing — no server-side scraping of your portal

See the deep-dive in § 02 below for the full pipeline.

Live

Apple Watch

Native watchOS app

Leo has a real watchOS app, not a glance. Log a dose from the wrist, check today's vitals via complication, get a reminder that survives the iPhone being in another room.

  • Quick dose logging — taken, skipped, late
  • Watch face complications for next-dose and last-vital
  • Heart-rate spike notifications on linked accounts
  • Independent vitals capture (no iPhone required)
  • Workout-start handoff from iPhone
Clinical Records deep-dive

How Leo pulls your lab results from Quest, Labcorp, and your hospital.

Apple Health Records is iOS's own pipeline for clinical data. It uses the same FHIR standard hospitals use to talk to each other. When you connect a provider portal to the iOS Health app, Apple downloads your records on-device. Leo asks your permission to read them — and only then, only the categories you approve.

The list of supported organizations is maintained by Apple and runs to hundreds of US hospitals and lab networks. The connections most relevant for Leo users today:

If their EHR is FHIR-ready

Don't see your hospital? Search inside iOS Health → Browse → Add Account. If your portal is FHIR-ready, you're probably already supported.

§ How it flows
  1. 01
    Connect once in iOS Health

Browse → Add Account. Search your hospital, lab, or provider. Sign in once.

  2. 02
    Apple syncs in the background

Records arrive on-device as FHIR resources. Nothing transits Leo or Apple.

  3. 03
    Authorize Leo per-category

Lab results, conditions, medications, allergies, procedures, vitals — opt in to each.

  4. 04
    Leo parses and files

Lab values land in panel views. Conditions match a built-in pack or seed a custom one.

On-device only

FHIR parsing runs locally. The only thing that leaves your phone is the structured value you choose to store inside Leo — and that goes only to your encrypted Leo record, never to a third party.

In testing

Live with a small group of testers.

In testing

Oura Ring

Sleep · readiness · HRV

Pulls overnight sleep stages, readiness, and HRV from your Oura Ring into Leo's vitals and sleep journal. Currently with a small group of testers — write in if you want a slot.

  • Sleep stages (REM / deep / light / awake)
  • Resting heart rate + HRV
  • Daily readiness score
  • Activity, temperature deviation

Dexcom

Continuous glucose

Real-time continuous glucose monitor data into Leo's diabetes pack — trend arrows, time-in-range, hypo/hyper alerts, overlay against meds and meals. In active development.

  • 5-minute CGM readings via Dexcom Share
  • Time-in-range calculations
  • Hypo + hyper alert thresholds
  • Overlay against medication, food, activity

Targeted for the diabetes pack. No dates promised.

What people ask for that isn't here yet.

We'd rather list these honestly than dress them up as “coming soon.” If one of these is the difference between Leo working for you and not, tell us — demand shapes the queue.

Android Health Connect

Leo is iOS-first today. Android is a 2026 conversation.

Our promise

What every integration must clear to ship.

On-device first

Apple HealthKit and Health Records are read on-device. Only the values you save land in Leo's encrypted store.

Granular consent

Per-category authorization for every integration. Revoke anything from iOS Settings without uninstalling Leo.

No silent expansion

If we connect a new integration on a minor's account, the parent gets a direct-notice email under COPPA before any data flows.

No data resale

Zero ad SDKs. Zero analytics partners that touch PHI. Zero data brokers. Ever.

Full data flow + processor list in our privacy policy.

§ Talk to us

Building a device, app, or service that should plug into Leo?

We're a small team. We do partnerships when they make sense for users with chronic conditions — and we say no when they don't. Send a real email, not a pitch deck, and we'll reply.
